Macon, Georgia, is a pretty ordinary southern town known for The Allman Brothers, Otis Redding, the guy from 30 Rock, congestive interstate construction, and... the world's largest pickleball court? Seriously?
Enter Adrenaco! Or: How I Learned to Have Fun in a Southern Town, a documentary exploring four friends on their adrenaline-fueled adventures and stunts. They'll take you along for the ride and explain what it's like to do what they do. You'llĀ get a glimpse into how they're perceived by the community they live in.
The film also provides a front-row look into one of Macon's most notorious theatrical shock bands: Evil Intent.
It's a film exploring the wilder side of the southern US and the true character of society's outliers.
